How to sew: Gingham Skirt (Video Tutorial)

Video tutorial of how to sew this super cute GINGHAM SKIRT that all the bloggers seem to LOVE!
Materials needed to sew this GINGHAM SKIRT:
-2 yards of gingham fabric
- 1 yard of lightweight interfacing
- 8 buttons
- Matching thread
- Pins
-Scissors
PATTERN FOR BACK: Waist measurements for this pattern are 3" below natural waist
A-B: Measurement from left side seam to middle of right leg through back (Mine was 22")
C: Midpoint from A-B
D: Square from C 9"
D-F and D-E: Measurement from left side seam to middle of right leg through backat hip level dived by 2 (13.25 ")
D-G: Hip to above knee (13")
G-H and G-I: Square from G to both sides
A-H: Straight line passing F and stoping at line we just created from G
B-I: Using a french curve make a line passing through E and stoping at line from G.
J: 1" from A- H to create placket.
PATTERN FRONT: Waist measurements for this pattern are 3" below natural waist
A-B: Measurement from left side seam to middle of right leg through front (13.5")
B-C: Square from B 9" down
C-D: Measurement from left side seam to middle of right leg through front at hip level (15.5")
A-E: Same measurement as A-H from back passing through D
C-F: From hip o mid thigh
E-F: Using a french curve connect both
G: 1" from B-F for placket.
PATTERNS FOR FRONT AND BACK RUFFLES: The length of the BACK ruffle should be TWO TIME the length of the back skirt. Same for FRONT.
PATTERN FOR WAISTBAND FRONT AND BACK: The length of the BACK waistband should be the length of the back skirt WAIST. Same for FRONT.
